Occasionally a project comes with a collaborator already in place, and the design job becomes one of drawing the space around genuine craft.
Working directly with a highly skilled artisan meant the detailing could be far more particular than a standard specification allows. The result belongs to this house and this owner, and could not be repeated anywhere else.
